Our Leadership
I wish to inform you of the Otu Ehulu Fulu Society of Ibusa. This prestigious society was recently conceived by me as a platform on which some selected Ibusa daughters of repute by birth or by marriage can be showcased and also contribute their quota to the much-needed development of our town, Ibusa.
I am encouraged to initiate this society by the growing number of Ibusa women who are doing marvelously well in their various careers and making our community proud. They are worthy examples to showcase if only to encourage the younger generation.
Ehulu is the most precious ornament in Ibusa culture. Properly earned and worn by accomplished women, Ehulu makes a gorgeous and prestigious outfit that confers nobility. Otu Ehulu Fulu connotes that the selected Ibusa daughters have been found worthy of the noble EHULU.
The group has a membership strength of eighteen (18) so far with Professional women of substance and honor who have contributed immensely and made a mark in their different spheres of endeavor. Their professions cut across different strata of society including Education, Medicine, Law, Environment, Agriculture, Public Relations, Commerce and Industry, etc. which they should bring to bear in the development of Ibusa.
I carefully and painstakingly selected these noble women and I am pleased to inform you that your wife has been chosen as one of them.
It is my hope and prayer that we will give our support and encouragement to these noblewomen to bring about the desired impact on the greatness of our dear town, Ibusa.
